It tells the story of Dr. Leopoldo Salazar Viniegra, a brilliant psychiatrist who led a short-lived revolution to legalize drug use in the country. He not only faced humiliation from the international medical community, he was also challenged by his students. Finally, Viniegra presented his idea to the president of Mexico, Lázaro Cárdenas.
