«La Prieta Linda», whose real name was María Teresa Enriqueta Jiménez Chabolla, He was born on July 4, 1933 in Salamanca, Guanajuato. The actor was the younger sister of the also deceased singer and actress Wild flower (Guillermina Jiménez Chabolla), wife of Antonio Aguilar and mother of singer Pepe Aguilar.

After moving to Mexico City, Enriqueta Jiménez decided to follow in the footsteps of her sister Flor Silvestre, who had already established herself as one of the Mexican music singers in our country. He even shared credits with his brother-in-law Antonio Aguilar in The cheerful Aguilares (1967), Valentín de la Sierra (1968) and Valente Quintero (1973); In the latter, Flor Silvestre had a special participation, but Saby Kamalich and Sara García also performed.
