Around the World in 80 Days tells the extraordinary feat of Phileas Fogg (Tennant), a noble English traveler who accepts a bet of 20 thousand pounds sterling if he can cross deserts, jungles, and violent seas in less than three months.
Starring David Tennant (Doctor Who), and with Ibrahim Kuma (La Cite Rose) As the valet Passepartout, accompanied by leonie benesch (The Crown) as journalist Abigail “Fix” Fortescue, the story is set in England, France, Italy, Yemen, India, Hong Kong, Iceland, the United States, and more.

Hot air balloon, train, boat and even camel rides are just some of the adventures that the protagonists live in the series directed by Steve Barron, Brian Kelly and Charles Beeson.
But the journey is not only around the world but also within. Throughout eight episodes, Phileas Fogg’s bravery, confidence and skills are put to the test and our strict character must open his vision and his heart.
For Leonie Benesch, who plays the journalist Abigail Fisch, although her character does not exist in the book, it is an adaptation about a woman who can show that journalism at that time was not only for men but that they could not only keep records of world events, but they are also great chroniclers.
